Do you offer free returns?

We offer FREE returns (prepaid postage) on EU items returned within 30 days. 

All packages are dispatched with a prepaid returns label for your convenience.

Do you offer free exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return your item and create a new order with the different size or colour required.

What is your return policy?

We accept the return of items ordered within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return an item, use the label included in the parcel. Stick it securely to the outside of the package, and cover any original delivery labels. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time (you will need to create a new order with the different size or colour required).

How will I know if you have refunded me?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take 1-5 business days.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organisations.

I’ve received an item as a gift, can I return or exchange it?

Please note, items can only be returned directly to Varley if they were purchased from eu.varley.com. Garments purchased through any other retailer must be returned to them.
