RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of EU orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN
To return an item, use the label included in the parcel. Stick it securely to the outside of the package, and cover any original delivery labels.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take 1-5 business days.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email support@varley.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
